LOAN PROCESS
As your mortgage lender we will:

Have you complete the loan application.

Order appraisal, credit report and verify your employment and assets.

Provide a good faith estimate of closing and related costs, plus initial Truth in Lending disclosure.

Evaluate applicaiton and support documents, approve loan and issue letter of commitment.

Once closing is held, get loan documents signed and fund the loan.
-
Disburse funds to the closing agent, seller is pad and the title to the home is now yours.

Record required documents at County office of records. |
